Full Diagnostic Inspection — $45
A full diagnostic inspection to identify printer problems and determine what repair work may be needed. The $45 diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost if repair work is approved.

Basic Motion System Service — $55
Clean and lubricate rods, rails, and lead screws to help keep the printer's motion system operating smoothly.

Comprehensive Tune-Up — $85
Includes everything in the Basic Motion System Service, plus a first-layer test, full bed leveling when applicable, nozzle and chamber cleaning, and a full inspection of all moving parts, including belts, pulleys, bearings, and other moving components.

Every printer and repair is different. A diagnostic is performed first, then a clear repair quote is provided based on the specific printer, parts required, and work involved. Repair work only begins after you approve the quote.

Diagnostic & Repair Authorization
The full diagnostic inspection is $45. If repair work is approved, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost.
Repair work only proceeds after the customer has received and authorized the repair quote.
Unclaimed Equipment
Equipment left unclaimed after service may be subject to storage fees and an unclaimed-equipment policy. Customers are responsible for retrieving their equipment within the applicable pickup period communicated at the time of service.
If equipment remains unclaimed, any disposition of the equipment will be handled as permitted by applicable law.
